Payment & Return Information

1. Pay With Paypal

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

2. Pay With Credit Card

The available credit card options are listed above. If your credit card company is not listed, you can change payment methods or contact our Customer Service for help.

3. Coupon Code

You can apply coupons to your order at checkout. Once you’ve entered your coupon code, click “apply” and the discount will automatically adjust your order total. Please note that if you do not click ”apply” before continuing checkout, your order total will not reflect the coupon discount.

NOTES:

• Please make sure that you enter the coupon code exactly as you received it, with no space before, within, or after it. To avoid errors, we recommend you copy/paste the promotional code you received.

• Coupons cannot be combined. You can only use one coupon code per order.

• Coupons are subject to offer terms. This does exclude some items on our website which are not eligible for coupon discounts.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.

• We do not accept returns on final sale, clearance, or intimate items for hygiene reasons.

• Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Cost

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

• If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@luamrib.com, and we will cover the return cost.

• Shipping fees (including express or insurance costs) are non-refundable.
